HDD S.M.A.R.T sensors

Hello, I have question
lately i notice my HDD are little bit noisy, in idle when PC doing nothing coming from HDD buzzing noise like they are in heavy load read of write data for short of time but its over and over again in period of time, ( for OS i have SSD and 2 normal HDD so noone can say that OS constantly write something its on SSD so no nise )
so when i watch something its very unpleasantly, i using HW info all day because i can see min/max temps and other stuff, on other program mostly just see current, and today i try turn off HWinfo and buzzing noise are gone so i test turn off some sensors, and when i turn off SMART on HDD noise is gone, so i can use HW info without hearing weird noise, but i cant see temps of my HDD, i try use AIda64 for monitoring but it shows only current state or i dont know where set min/max, but when using aida64 my HDD dont do that weird noise, i try HWmonitor and it can show Min/max and when using it my HDD make that noise too but its not that loud ( or maybe i just think its not that loud but ist still there), i even try set in HWinfo refres timer for sensors on longer period of time but its little bit pointless for sensor refresh every 5-10 min, if i can set it just for SMART sensors is ok but i just found this to work with all sensors

i hope you understand, i use google for translate

Is it possible to align OSD to right?

By default OSD when using HWinfo and RTSS is aligned to the left. Is it possible to align it to right?

Because left alignment looks great when OSD is on left corner of screen but when moved to right corner it looks kind of weird.

My OSD uses row/column positioning already to order stats in the way i want it (have 4 columns used and 4 rows) if its of any significance.

NZXT Kraken X62 AIO on Asus Maximus X HERO (i7 8700K)

While doing stress tests and only while doing stress tests, using OCCT or Asus Realbench, after a short time hwinfo will report random pump speed 0 and minimum temperature 0.
NZXT Cam software does not show the pump speed drop.
Asus AI Suite does not show the pump speed drop.
CPU temperature is normal.
Closing hwinfo and opening it again does not fix this behavior.
Only restarting the computer clears the error.

HwInfo shows 4 cores 0,1,2,3 but only threads for cores 0,1,2. Maybe i'm blind? Btw, can't attach the HWiNFO64.DBG file.

Thanks for awesome program! Always have it installed on my computers.

Is it a bug if I'm not seeing the +12V, +5V voltages for my ASRock mobo model H110M-DGS?
According to the manual monitoring should be possible.

Maybe I have to update the BIOS?

PC hangs during shutdown and reboot after BIOS update

$

First of all, here's my specs:
MB: MSI B350 Tomahawk (BIOS version 7A34v1C)
CPU: Ryzen R5 1600X (@stock)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB (@2667MHz)
GPU: MSI GTX 980Ti V1 (@stock)
PSU: Corsair GS700 (700W)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64Bit (latest updates)
If you need any other information, just ask.

The problem:
After updating my MB BIOS a few weeks ago (previous BIOS was 7A34v18), I started experiencing issues during shutdown and reboot. If I tried to do either of these things after my PC has been turned on for a while, it would just hang after Windows shutting down with the power on and fans spinning. No signal was being sent to either the monitor or being received from my M+KB (although RGB lights did work). Regardless of trying to shutdown or reboot it would have for a little over 5mins before completing the desired action, and after shutting down (not reboot) it would boot back up again 2secs later.
I've tried to diagnose the issue and testing different RAM speeds, memtest, prime95, different SATA-ports, different boot settings in the BIOS, resetting the CMOS, reflashing the BIOS (can't flash back to older versions), nothing worked.
However, removing the driver and removing HWiNFO from autostart has finally fixed the issue. There seems to be some problem with the new BIOS and HWiNFO that's causing some weird glitch during shutdown.
I'm sadly not sure exactly what version of HWiNFO I was using, since before trying to disable it I'd just replaced the EXE with the newest beta version, however I think it was 2-3 beta versions back.

Hi, I'm interested in integrating HWiNFO in one of my projects. I want to know SDK price and licencing policies.

Could we ask for a max (total) physical/graphic/virtual memory stat?

$

Right now in HWinof we have a % based usage of memory (be it DRAM, RAM or Virtual Memeory), we also have current used memory and how much of memory is still available
but as far as i can see there is no a stat that would show systems total memory (RAM, GPU, Virtual).

Would it be a big trouble to add it?

Would be useful in overlay to display it in this style

used_memory / total memory

Show OSD Graph without current value? Display stat name on top of graph?

Is it possible to display OSD graph and only the graph, no value of stat displayed (its showing on right side of the graph)?
Asking for this because i would like to form a grid of graphs and cant do that when values are in the way. Also, is it possible to display stat name on top of graph (within its square) instead of next to it (from same reasons as above).

Is it possible to duplicate a statistic and display in two different places on OSD?

Problem.

I want to display say, GPU usage in first row and first column of my OSD. I also want to display GPU usage graph.

If i turn it on, it by default shows next to the GPU usage statistic on OSD. Because of that, the whole 1st row becomes as tall as the "height" parameter of GPU usage graph.

Because of that, i would want to leave GPU usage statistic on OSD in first row but also duplicate the GPU usage statistic and place its copy into say, 5th row of OSD and display as Graph so it wont collide with everything else placed in 1st row.

SSD DRIVE FAILURE in red "YES"??

Lenovo Thinkpad P51. 3 months old. win 10 pro 1703. Each day for the past three months I fire up HWiNFO64 and it shows all good. Today when I did it it showed for the SSD DRIVE FAILURE in red "YES". Lenovo tech support chat was a PIA. Thought I would check here and see what you all thought. When I ran S.M.A.R.T. drive status from the command prompt all was good. Coincidentally when I ran a Lenovo diagnostic the other day it showed (if I am reading it correctly) all good:

SAMSUNG MZVPW256HEGL-000L7
TEST_DEVICE_READ_TEST:::1.1.11:::e:::1 Passed
TEST_SMART_WEAROUT_TEST:::1.1.14:::o:::1 Passed

I assume that the above info was a check of the SSD.

Asus ROG Strix B350-I Gaming - Incorrect fan speeds and voltages

$

Hi,

Just found that the fan speed and voltage readings from my B350-I board are not correct in HWiNFO64.

The fan speed issue might be the same as that on Asus X370-I boards (fan speeds inverted).
I've checked version 5.73-3350 Beta and it's still not fixed.

The voltage readings of +3.3V, +5V, and +12V are also incorrect. The Vcore reading is correct.
Not sure if the other readings are correct since I'm not aware of the correct values of those readings.
+3.3V, +5V, and +12V are all showing correct readings in BIOS.

The debug file and report are attached. Both generated using the newest stable version.
