Reading of Corsair HX1000i?

Hello, I recently plugged in my HX1000i to monitor its power levels etc. Before this rig, I had the same PSU plugged into my Corsair Link Commander Mini, and HWiNFO reported the values fine (as long as Link software was closed). Now I don't have the mini, but the PSU is plugged directly into my motherboard, which the Link software can read fine. I also have a H110i GTX plugged into my motherboard, which both Link and HWiNFO read. However the HX1000i is no longer read by HWiNFO, despite working in Link.

Link software is terrible and clunky, and I don't want to have it open so I can read my H110i values via HWiNFO. Any way to make the HX1000i values appear too?

Thanks!

I installed the program and when I click on Summary I get a screen with all of the information on my computer in it.
Unfortunately, there is no menu to either save it or log it in anyway. How do I do that?

Thanks

Crossfire 2nd-3nd 290 sensors.

Hello Martin, I would like to ask you some questions.

When crossfire enable 2nd and 3nd missing sensors.

-GPU D3D Memory Dedicated (unimportant to me)
-GPU D3D Memory Dynamic (unimportant to me)
-GPU D3D Usage (important )

Because into msi afterburner broken/works incorrect gpu usage monitor if use fix "unified gpu usage monitor " works fine with one gpu, but for multi gpu works  like clone activity gpu even if crossfire was disabled..
Is there any hope to  fix that problem in the new blinds  if possible, of course?? Sad    and sorry for my english..

hwinfo64 problems with msi z170 gaming pro

Hi,

Ive been using hwinfo64 for a long time and just upgraded my pc to the following

i7 6700k
16GB DDR4 ram
Msi z170 gaming pro motherboard
Corsair H110i Gtx cooler

Now my problem is and its only starting happening since the upgrade is that whenever I open hwinfo64 sensors my system wont restart when I request it.  If i boot my system without opening sensors and then restart it it restarts fine. When I open sensors and restart my system I just get a black screen.   Ive tried a fresh install of windows 10 pro and it does the exact same thing so Im thinking it cant be a software issue and something somewhere is conflicting?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Martin,
Following a system restore I noticed that the auto start feature does not remain ticked. I even uninstalled and reinstalled HWiNFO, but the problem is still there: no items are shown in the tray unless I start HWiNFO manually.  Could you explain why is this happening?
Thanks

Re the Sensors

Now I am on a well known forum for Windows 7 and I tell them that the HW Info is the program to use to get detailed info on components. I don't want to sound critical but several of my friends have asked why the update window keeps popping up  and more importantly one is concerned that HW Info can disable sensors within their machines.

One quote +
"Thanks yep I found the download link [Image: wink.gif]
Kept warning about a couple sensors so I closed it and uninstalled [Image: tongue.gif]
Not sure if it was disabling it's own sensors or what [Image: confused.gif]

and

"If you can ask what the deal is with the utility and it's finding of other sensors = 1 example is corsair link software I forget what the first sensor it found and did go any further with the corsair link sensor finding before I closed it and uninstalled it,"

Can someone please let me know what this is about as I do use HW an awful lot and get the other forum memebrs to use it for my info when helping out with fixes.

I am sure there is nothing unusual with the program because I have been using it now for over three years without fault.

Alienware 15 R1 Setup Help! (New To HWiNFO)

Hi guys, since the Alienware 15 has rubbish fan tables and they never fixed it properly with the many BIOS versions they released I have finally downloaded HWiNFO as everybody says its a good program for adjusting your fans. I have been playing around with it for a bit but I got a few questions that need answering for the best possible setup for my laptop Smile

1. Should I enable or disable EC Support?

2. When I click on sensors for the first time it asks me if I want to disable DELL EC: Alienware Alienware 15. Should I disable this or just keep using that EC?

3. Are the default values for the CPU/GPU fan tables okay as it is? Or should I adjust it a bit higher? This is what I currently have it as for both the CPU/GPU:

1. 0° - 2000RPM
2. 40° - 2500RPM
3. 50° - 3000RPM
4. 60° - 3500RPM
5. 70° - 4000RPM
6. 80° - 4500RPM

I was thinking of adding an extra 500RPM to each one so it finally hits 5000RPM once it hits 80° what do you guys think?

Thanks a lot!

The above test has a red circle with an X in it when I run HWiNFO64 v5.06-2640.  The disk is a SanDisk X300 SSD.  Drive Model:   SanDisk SD7SB6S256G1122.  Is this an error to be concerned about or can it be ignored as an incorrect value?
