Read out on a Rpi ?

Hello,

Has someone tried to use a Rpi with display to read out the temps / usage of the CPU / GPUI know that HWInfo supports LCD Smartie. Would be cool to use a 3,5" inch tft screen to show the temps and usage of the PC.
