HWinfo doesnot load

I downloaded HWinfor32 and installed it.    Initially it ran fine

However when i come back to the PC to run afresh, nothing happens when I click on the icon in the start menu.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I have a Surface Pro 4 (unfortunately) with an i7 processor.  I am on Windows 10

How do I get the program to run
